# Choix de la structure à modifier

La rubrique **<span style="color: #0070c0;">Ma structure </span>**contient la description de votre organisme de formation :

# Habilitations de la structure

<span style="color: rgb(35, 111, 161);">**Habilitations**</span>

Vous trouverez dans le tableau ci-dessous la liste des certifications (code RNCP) ou habilitations (code RS) pour lesquelles vous êtes habilités à former ou à organiser l'évaluation.

Le lien se fait avec votre SIRET qui doit obligatoirement être indiqué par le certificateur.

# Formations de la structure

Cet élément vous permet de visualiser les formations déjà intégrées dans Oféli (en cliquant sur le lien bleu), soit en tant qu’OF responsable, soit en tant qu’OF formateur.

Permet de consulter l’historique des dates de modification de votre fiche structure

Cliquez sur la petite flêche à droite du mot "historique" pour déplier la liste
